A philanthropic opportunity of urgent importance for adults with intellectual disabilities.

About the Organization

Corridor Community Options for Adults is a not-for-profit organization located in Enfield, Nova Scotia. CCOA (Corridor Community Options for Adults) supports adults considered to have intellectual disabilities through programming and social enterprises such as Rick’s Riches Thrift Store and Wood Products Manufacturing.

Where we are Today

We are the only organization in the area supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our current facility is no longer accessible to the people we serve and we can no longer keep up with the demand for our services. CCOA is operating at maximum capacity and our waitlist has only continued to grow.

We cannot let the limitations of our current space withhold us from reaching our full potential any longer.

Where we want to be tomorrow.

CCOA is building a 17,569 sq. ft. facility in the Elmsdale Business Park.

A built-for-purpose, accessible facility will aid the organization in facing the future, meet the growing demand for services, improve and expand offerings (including new social enterprises), and ultimately allow the organization to flourish in a cost-efficient, environmentally-sustainable and fully-accessible facility.
